Delivery

Our efficient team will dispatch your order on the same day if received before 15:00 GMT. All orders are processed MON - FRI (Except Bank/Public Holidays).

We know customer needs their parcel as soon as possible that’s why we offer a variety of delivery options to suit you.

 

 

Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). 

*Royal Mail Next Day Guaranteed by 1. Order Dispatch same day if placed before 3:00 pm (Standard UK time). All orders received after will be processed the next working day. Orders received on Friday after 15:00 GMT will be processed on Monday.

Europe: Currently, we are delivering in the following countries only (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Sweden, Switzerland).

**International Delivery: Currently, we are delivering in the following countries only (Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United States of America, United Arab Emirates).

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and MAHROZE LTD encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. Suppose you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country. In that case, the goods will be returned to MAHROZE LTD at the customer's expense (postage you have to pay), and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

Change of Delivery Address

For a change of delivery address requests, we can change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. Otherwise, the order is sent to the address provided before and Mahroze Ltd is not liable for not receiving or missing the order.

Items Out of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order. We will notify you through your email address provided when ordering.

Delivery Time Exceeded

If the delivery time has exceeded the expected delivery time, please get in touch with us at wecare@mahroze.co.uk with your order number so that we can investigate.

Note: Unfortunately, we do not offer delivery to PO Box, Channels Islands and British Forces Post Office (BFPO).
