RETURN & REFUND

Something is wrong with your order or changes your mind? you may request to return your item within 14 days of receiving the order. If 14 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a Refund or Exchange. Email us at wecare@mahroze.co.uk and our team will be more than happy to help you.

To be eligible for a return, you must return the item in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the tags on and any other stuff provided with the purchase.

The original receipt of the purchased item also needs to be sent back.

United Kingdom Customer: The returns label will be sent via email. Please also ask for proof of postage from relevant authorities.

Europe & International Customers: Mahroze will only pay the return postage in case of the item delivered is damaged. In any other case, the buyer has to pay the Return Postage. 

Postage costs will not be refunded. You will only receive the refund of the product price, not the postage paid for the product to deliver.

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed, and you will receive your refund within 4 - 5 business days, depending on your payment provider. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.

If the item were marked as a GIFT when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’d receive a GIFT VOUCHER for the value of the product sent to you (this excludes any postage charges that the billing person has paid). Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be mailed to you.

Please Note: In the interest of hygiene, we exclude all Earrings, Studs or any other pierced item from our Returns & Exchange Policies.

EXCHANGE 

 

Does the product not fit you, need another size, or do you change your mind? Don't hesitate to contact our team at wecare@mahroze.co.uk for an exchange. Approval of exchange item is subjected to these conditions:

  • Item can only be exchanged once.
  • You must return the item in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the tags on and any other stuff provided with the purchase.
  • The original receipt of the purchased item also needs to be sent back.
  • The exchange will only be accepted for equivalent value or more. No refund will be made in exchange for an item of lesser value.
  • Item will be assessed further before declaring the final decision.

The buyer has to pay the postage for exchange items.

Europe & International Customers: The buyer has to pay the postage for exchange items.
