Ans: We offer Free Standard Delivery Across UK. For International Delivery rates please read Delivery page for detail information.

 

Q: Do you provide gift packaging?

Ans: Yes, we do provide our customers with Free Gift Packing. Which includes Bag, Mahroze Jewellery box, jewellery caring card and Silver Jewellery cleaning cloth all of these are free of cost (not included in purchase price).

 

Q: How can I return my parcel?

Ans: If you changed your mind, you can return your parcel. For detail information please refer to our Return & Exchange policy. No return on sale items.

 

Q: Is it possible to exchange my product?

Ans: Yes, you can exchange your product for a different size or another product of same value or more. No Exchange on sale items. For detail information please read our Return & Exchange policy.   

 

Q: How can I track my parcel?

Ans: You will be notified when your parcel has been dispatched.

 

Q: Do you ship outside United Kingdom?

Q: How can I keep my jewellery clean and prevent from tarnish?

Ans: Its very heart breaking when you see your jewellery starts tarnishing but unfortunately, it is normal for silver jewellery. Silver Jewellery goes tarnish over-time, but few tips can prevent from it. That’s why we provide Free Silver Cleaning Cloth to our customers.
